Great place liby & Jamie in front were amazing. Due to our time restriction they could not fix our car. However, they were super cool with everything.

I was passing though on my way to the Grand Canyon. They fit me in for an oil change, same day. The checked everything and I left with confidence that all is well with my trusty campervan. I also had a lovely time hanging out in the waiting area and chatting with staff.

Under much stress because of being out of town I realized I need to take my car in for what turned out to be a serious matter. I called 2 dealerships but no one returned my call. My friend recommended university auto and they were overwhelmingly welcoming. Libby met me at the counter and assured me they would help diagnose and if I wanted to proceed to fix the problem. It was a 3 day process and throughout Libby was informative, communicative and ever so kind and understanding of my urgency and stress. She explained everything to me with such a caring nature. I am so appreciative of the work they did, the efficiency and providing such a positive experience. Thank you to all the mechanics who diligently worked on my car and especially to Libby who made this experience very special.

Great experience with the University team! Fair pricing, communicative throughout the entire experience, and even provided rides to and from my home for pick up and drop off. Both of their drivers were exceptionally nice as well! Thank you I will be utilizing them for my regular maintenance needs. Highly recommended over the Honda dealership.

I had a brake caliper failure and it locked up my passenger front wheel. The team at University auto were able to diagnose, and fix the problem quickly to get me back on the road.

If I could give them six stars I would. Not only did the shop save my butt, they also helped me laugh in a hard time, and assisted in trying to game plan solutions if by chance they couldn’t get my truck fixed. My truck broke on the way up to Flagstaff from Phoenix, of course it was Friday at 4 o’clock, I limped into the shop and right away was greeted by the kind faces of the ladies upfront who immediately came out to assess my truck and started to help me find solutions to save the weekend. I was supposed to be camping in my now broken truck and needed to get back to PHX after the weekend, but with a full lot, they definitely weren’t in an easy position to get me in. We talked camping in the lot, using a loaner vehicle or finding a nearby hotel, but in the end Jason got my truck on the lift, the ladies got the parts and they honestly saved my anniversary weekend. I got to camp and get home to Phoenix safely without having to call out of work. This crew is kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and I wish they were down in Phoenix because I would use them for everything if they were. They really saved the day with a smile on their faces. They are worth their weight in gold!

Outstanding service and great mechanics – the shuttle to take me to work and pick me up is really great. Solves all sorts of problems getting a ride to and from. Everyone is very friendly and very professional.
